This was the nicest staff I have met anywhere. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. They were so friendly and helpful. This includes the front office, housekeepers, and restaurant. I felt safe on the premises and appreciated that all questions were welcomed. I felt I formed when they assisted me with tours and opportunities. I was also able to enjoy a lovely view from my balcony of the garden and children’s park. I walked to the main square, Jewish section, and meeting points for my tours from this convenient location. This is a great hotel for women, families, and solo travelers.

The hotel is in a good location, directly next to the center square. Everything was walkable, with many dining and pub options. A thing to note about the hotel is that it is connected to a casino. One person in our group tried to find us a bar in the hotel to watch the World Cup Finals. He had to sign many documents in order to get in, due to it being in the Casino. That said, he received a free drink and won money. So, it was a win for him. Another thing to know, is this hotel, along with all hotels within the city center is a "no pick-up" zone. We had to walk a short distance to catch our tour bus to the Salt Mines. The walk was easy and we had no issues with our stay.

Staff was attentive. They let us check in early. Property was in a good location. The breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning worked great as it was hot during our stay. Recommend to stay at this hotel.

Enchanting place in an enchanting location. Gorgeous rooms, well-appointed and comfortable. Terrific view. For someone from Miami, this is a completely different world, which is exactly what we wanted. We were mere paces away from timeless landmarks and delicious food. We wanted to never need a car or a ride, and Krakow Old Town delivered. Lidia was very helpful calling taxis to get us to the rail station after we checked out. You won't go wrong with Bogoria House. It will only improve after they add a restaurant to the hotel.
